*** Note ***

This plugin is inactive when the 'View with Irfanview' option is enabled.
It may be override the IrfanView when TC 6.0 comes.

*** History ***

Version 0.3.0.0 'Jul 16 2003
- First release.

*** Installation ***

1. Unzip the Imagine.wlx to the Total Commander directory
2. Choose Configuration - Options
3. Open the 'Edit/View' page
4. Click 'Configure internal viewer'
5. Click 'LS-Plugins' button
6. Click 'Add' button and select the Imagine.wlx
7. Click 'OK'

*** Features ***

- Faster than external IrfanView and supports clipboard copy.
- Views Image/Animation files. (NO depends on their extensions)
- Shows informations of image/animation files.
- Extracts a frame from Animation file.
- Exports Animation file to Animated GIF file/AVI/Pro Motion Animation.
- Tiny & Fast & Pure & Neat executable.
- NO depends on any OLE method or any other external viewer.

*** P.S. ****

Yes, This is a extension of my previous 'wlxFlic' plugin.
I decide to make a Image/Animation lister plugin using my own graphics library.

It cannot beat the 'IrfanView' or 'XnView', but this can be handy when
you only view/convert the image file.

Most of all image routines are coded by me.
So, the update can be too late. :(

Thank you for trying! :)

Any bug reports or suggestions are welcome.

Thank you, its much faster than IrfanView external call (almost as fast as IV internal call).

There is a flickering blank page that appears between 2 files to show when you change the file selection.
Is it possible to draw the second picture without erasing the first one to get a smoother transition?

You should specify that the 'F' key fit to window like with IrfanView.

What do you mean with the flickering blank page? I tried to get it  but doesn't seem to show here.

The viewer works fine here. ;) (Uninstall IV :?: )

I think this plugin has advantage over IV coz animated GIF files can be viewed by it.
But it is not stable in my enwin2kpro. JPG viewing is ok. But animated GIF viewing will cause TC crash sometime.
And for some GIF files the color is not showed correctly.
Any tips?

There is a problem with TIF files too. Just a big black box is shown.

It's seems to be a compression problem. If the image has no compression it's shown right.

Mal angenommen, du drückst Strg+F, wählst die FTP-Verbindung (mit gespeichertem Passwort), klickst aber nicht auf Verbinden, sondern fällst tot um.

I totally missed that, too tired I guess. Hope that it's fixed in next version.
I use lots of TIF with compression.

A little request: with the 'F' key, the picture fit to window.
Is it possible to have another option to fit images larger than the window only?

True, it really lacks this feature and there could be an option to set it as default.

And one more: rotate the image :-)

Auto-rotate .jpg's by 90° if the EXIF-info is telling so :D
