EULAs in which is specified that you have no right to disassemble or other 'bad' things are completely worthless, at least that's true for Germany.

I don't think EULAs are very worthy , but they are part of the contract. And sure you are right, that not all of parts of the EULA will be enforceable but I doubt that you can say they're generally invalid.
E. g. you can give back the OEM Version of Windows if it is bundled with an PC and you do not agree with the EULA.

The EULA of Windows has no legal meaning in Germany because it is not known when buying the product and so it's NOT part of any contract.
