For buttons only

Configuration > Option > Display > "show volume labels/network path for drives" must be ON

:D   Hello Paul !
• This option acts only for the drive-buttons !
- Like I said above, you get nothing when you display the drives list, showing the content of "My Computer" ("Poste de travail") in a window. At least, the Author might add the capability to set comments for the drives letters, shown here as dirs. … if possible, of course.
  Friendly regards,
Claude

• I've Windows (98 SE and XP-Pro) in French, hence all items in the list are in French... You can watch my TC (a bit reduced...) whether you don't fear jolly colours:
Image: http://perso.wanadoo.fr/charries/relais/tc-windows.png
Poste de travail >> My Computer
Accès réseau… >> Remote Network access
Dossiers Web >> Web Folders
Imprimantes >> Printers
Panneau de conf… >> Configuration Pannel
Tâche plannifiées >> Sheduled Tasks
• You may download the English Tutorial too, which contains a lot of screen-shots from my Web-page (button below) >> Download - Free.

Thanks a lot!
Our TC windows look as same

Personal point, I still hope TC can directly display the volume name of drivers at the beside of drivers in the windows.

Right, Configuration > Option > Display > "show volume labels/network path for drives" must be ON
But still after cm_OpenDrives (Shows "My Computer") I see no labels. But there is shown the total & available free space. A label could be useful, but AFTER the drive letter! So that drive letter is easily seen and is not truncated, eg:
in field name: "[ C: ] HardDisk1".
Please don't let there be a explorer style description where you do not easily see a drive letter if a label is too long (it happens with network drives - when network path is long).

Configuration > Option > Display > "show volume labels/network path for drives" already be ON.

Maybe sorry my poor english
My mean. I want to see the volume labels of all drivers in one window at the same time.
for example:
C:[WINXP]
D:[FIlES]
E:[MEDIA]
F:[TOOLS]

must be ON:
Right, Configuration > Option > Display > "show volume labels/network path for drives"
Configuration > Option > Layout > Show Drive Combobox
(as other users have mentioned)
If you press down arrow icon next to drive you will see a list of drives and these labels.
Remember, in wincmd.ini add section part,

[DriveHints]
E=CD-Rom drive
F=CD-RW burner

You must add [DriveHints] to the wincmd.ini

It seems that we don't understand that what frankguo's whish is to see the labels also in the panel(left/rigth) when he listed the drives with the option "Show parent dir also in root of drive" activated...

Have a look to http://perso.wanadoo.fr/charries/relais/tc-windows.png the labels are not displayed...

I'm I wrong ?

Regards,
Paul
