Hmm, that seem to be instructions for a different bug, the topic is about cursor color.

But I will of course try to fix your bug too.

1. Make 2 different View modes: Blue and Green
2. For the Blue mode set Tab color, Background color and Background 2 color to Blue.
3. For the Green mode set Tab color, Background color and Background 2 color to Green.
4. Exit the View modes dialog and enter it again.
5. Click on the Blue mode - all 3 colors are blue - then click on the Green mode - all 3 colors are still blue.
6. Hover the mouse over the color fields - now they change to green.
Confirmed fixed in TC9b3 :-)
