Re: [TC 11.50b1] CPU load 70-80%
Yesterday Windows defender warned that TCIMG.exe would be an unwanted software "Trojan:Win32/AgentTesla!ml", but only on drive S: after I copied it there - it didn't report any problems for the same file on drive C:. Today it doesn't warn any more. Do you see anything in the history/logs of your scanner?

Re: [TC 11.50b1] CPU load 70-80%
Could you try to run process monitor from sysinternals to find out what Total Commander is doing when you get high CPU load? I no longer have this problem after beta 1, which had the problem of flickering folders where the icon was constantly reloaded. This was fixed in beta 2, so you must be having a different problem when you still get high CPU load...

OK, let's make a fresh test with a new beta.
Right now this bug has become more floaty and less reproducible from scratch.
Maybe something was really still influencing from the outside at this time and now it's waning/has even already come to naught...

Did you figure out in the meantime where that high CPU load comes from? So far I didn't get any similar complaints for newer beta versions.

Confirm - for all prev. 2 betas - I did not see any reasons to say that load was high than usual
so case could be closed.
