Have you tried to replicate this?
I have "Draw current line focus" enabled.
It always takes SyW a second or two to give the current line focus ...

Greetings.
I replicated this using SyW 2.7.216 "right out of the box" ...
... without my Syn.ini, without my LexLib.LXL ...
I "unzipped" the .rar, opened 2 reg files greater than 5mb and started doing CTRL-TAB ...

I have a problem, but I don't know if it is a synwrite problem or lexer problem: lexer Apache configuration, the Marked block font color in the example below must be all white and not only the = sign.

Greetings.

I don't know if you want to continue to hear from me or not ...
I tested 2.7.245 out of the box.
SyW gave no "cannot focus" error messages
while I was doing the CTRL-TAB rapidly back & forth, so I closed both reg files.
Then SyW gave the error message
(Untitled) - SynWrite
Access violation at address 004CEA90 in module 'Syn.exe'. Read of address 00000070.
I could not open files any more and had to close/restart SyW ...
Maybe I closed the second file too quickly/soon ... before SyW had refocused after closing the 1st file ...

Core component of Syn (econtrol engine) provides basic spell checker functionality. So it should be possible to integrate this function. But dictionary files are needed.

I also like to see this feature some day. But it has no high priority for me.

Greetings.

Yeah, I used Ctrl-W to close those files when SyW gave me the AVs error message ...

I have some focus/ tab/hot/key items to bring to your attention.

When I fire the Search/Replace popups ...
... the Tab key does not tab between fields on the popups but rather stays focused on/in the document ...
... if I hit Alt-C for &Case Sensitive, Alt-C does NOT work
IF I have Alt-C assigned as a document hotkey (like uncomment lines) ...
It seems to me that the Tab key should tab around the Search/Replace popups and
that the document hotkeys should not intercept those combos when the document is not active ...

If I hit the Tab key on a blank line to insert 2 blank spaces to start the line, the Tab key will not fire.
I have to first change the blank line by adding a space or a charachter ...
