There is an installation problem with blocked DLL files Imagine64.dll, *.plg64. It only works after closing all TCmd instances and restart TCmd without using Lister.

This is no real error or problem for me.
Use Unload all plugins or restart TC before making any updates.
This is always a good way to install updates, and who does this so often that it hurts.

OS: Microsoft Windows 95/98/ME/NT 4.0/2000/XP/2003/Vista/7/8/10/11

I can't prove it as I don't have such an antiquated OS
But you can easily test it.

Imagine 1.8.1 32bit ansi works well on Windows 95.

Unload does not solve the problem, as the wlx file is unloaded, but not the dlls used by the wlx.

Warning:

Don't use the new Translator64.exe from the Imagine_Translator_1.1.0.zip package - it totally corrupts the language file when it saves it.

The new Translator.exe only shows the first letter of each string - so it is not usable either.

Also I get Virus warnings for Translator.exe

According to the list of formats, writing of .bpg files is not supported - see: https://tcmd.madsenworld.dk/ImagineFormats.png (X means not supported)

And the Save as dialog does not offer saving as .bpg - see: https://tcmd.madsenworld.dk/ImagineFormats2.png

When running Imagine as a TC plugin you need to use the right-click menu to "Save as" - do not use the "Save as" from TC's top menu.

ah i see, i have a different BPG plugin here...

but another problem: my mouse settings aren't working anymore since 1,8,2, rolling back to 1.8.1 they are working again.
/edit: ok, i fixed that by adding numItems=2 after in section [Mouse]

i know. but i used the other plugin long before the official plugin was available... and kept it because i thought it could also save the BPG format. but this obviously is a bug in that plugin, it never worked.

i did compile the plugin from leavinel myself, and in xnview, i can save the BPG format.
