Thumbnail view does not work for jpg files

I cannot see thumbnails for jpg files - I can see instead of picture icon for dos frogram. For text files there is no problem. IrfanView 3.97 is installed and registered for Alt+F3 view.
Does anybody have an idea how to fix it?

No,
it is checked and there is *.*. I reinstalled Total commander and reinstall IrfanView with only improvement - I can see in the thumbnail view instead of jpg a square with icon Irfan (before I could see icon of a DOS program)

Is the path for Configuration - Options - Edit/View - Configure internal viewer - Use Irfanview/Xnview to load graphics other than BMP configured?

I dont know where to find the definition of this path. I found only viever definition (Alt+F3) and it works.

Hacker pointed put the exact way to the option to use XNview/Irfanview for thumbs display:
Please choose 'configuration' from the main menu and then follow the 'path' to that option which hacker had written before.

The 'viewer'-setting you mentioned does only affect (ALT+)F3, not the thumbnail mode.

That's the wrong one. The one you need to set is in section [Lister]

IViewPath=D:\My Documents\TMCZ\Program Files\Irfan\i_view32.exe

That's the one configured in Lister's configuration dialog.
