Wanted: Lister-plugin for Tif/Bmp, zooming to right low area

In the german forum I asked for a feature of Quick-View (Ctrl-Q; Schnellansicht) that displays always the right lower corner (right lower area) of a Tif-File.

The intended purpose of this function is: a have a lot of drawings in Tif-format, and for the first view I am not interessted in the upper left area (standard display) nor in the whole drawing (Fit to screen), but I want to read the information of the drawings which are written in the right lower area.

Mr. Ghisler means that it "takes only a simple Lister-Plugin, using a TIFF to BMP conversion and a little bit of time ..."

Apparently not.
But perhaps someone knows a lister plugin with source which can display .tiff files?
