[REQ] Add some features to multi-rename tool.

I write a content plugin to calculate CRC. But it takes a longtime to calculate a large file. Can you add feature :
- On/Off preview new name
- Only run content plugin tag when push Start button.

Total Commander doesn't seem to set the CONTENT_DELAYIFSLOW flag when calling ContentGetValue in multi rename tool.

Sorry, I removed my post because I had misread the title of the post.

The user can simply shrink the height of the dialog to the minimum, because only the visible lines will be recalculated in the preview.
