TC Fav Menu open wincmd instead of changing dir for dialog

for some reasons, it is always open total commander , it is not change the path in the open / save dialog.

It works on my other computer, so I guess it is some kind of conflict with other plugin that I have,
how can I debig /logs etc.. tounderstand what is the conflict.

There can be no conflict with plugin.
Interference is possible with other 3thd party tools, like PowerPro or some other scripting language.

Some things you must tell me first:

1. Your OS.
2. CPU speed.

I really don't know withouth further examination.
