How to copy the output of FTP "Connect" window?

I tried this one:

Create new annonymous connection to the site ftp://sgigate.sgi.com

Unfortunately the site is no longer available, but it shows some text information about their new site.

TC shows the information in the "Connect" window but also a modal dialog box with the message pops up with"No Response(timeout!)". On clicking ok, the "Connect" dialog box also closes.

Is there a way to copy the text in the "Connect" window?

Try adding this to the file wcx_ftp.ini:

LogFile=c:\Path\Log.txt

Doubleclick with left Mousebutton into Connectwindow.
It pops up in TC's Lister and you're in control.

That's his point: the connectwindow isn't there because of the error!

Your suggestion does solve his problem, though.

Just move the message box out of the way by dragging it at its title bar! Unfortunately messageboxes are always centered on the screen, so I cannot show it below the connect dialog...

I wanted to suggest that in the first place, too. But you are'nt able
to copy anything from the Connect-window in this particular situation.
And that's, what pertheli was asking for:
