moto q not getting directory listing

moto q not getting directory listing
sorry i'm a noob. i'm not getting directory listing. stays at PASS ****. running on moto q. if i enable anonymous users it works. but username and password halts. can log in fine using regular internet xplorer using name/pass. any help much appreciated.

Maybe just a spelling error? Usually user names and passwords are case-sensitive.
If this isn't the problem, please try to create a log file.
1. Use the registry plugin to go to
HKCU\Software\Ghisler\CECmd\Configuration
2. Double tap on "+Add value+"
3. Enter the name: LogFile , type String
4. As contents, enter something like \log.txt
Then post the contents of the log file here. First please replace any sensitive information about the server by fake data (e.g. 1.2.3.4 instead of the true IP address), but please do not remove any lines so we can find out what the problem is.
