Feature Request: Option to only install specific language

Most plugins come with a slew of languages supported and when they are installed, they install all the language files and readme files in all the languages. It would be nice if when a plugin was installed, it would ask if you want to install the various languages. It would be even better if there was an env. var. that specified what languages to install. This would save me the task of deleting a bunch of unneeded/unwanted files every time I install a plugin.

That will requre some redesign of almost *all* plugins packs. I doubt if authors want to do that...
