I made a little tool that chages icl files used for icons see it

Note that I am not a programmer I do skinning and made this really simple tool just to make trying out icls faster so don`t burn me
Does thing like this one already exist?
I made it for myself but I thought someone else might find it usefull.
It is most likely buggy, it is written in VB6 and I just wanted to know what do you think.

Packer plugin:

Lister plugin (also extracts/adds/deletes/creates new icl-files):

The packer plugin creates slightly smaller icl-files than the lister plugin, but functionality of the lister plugin (check right-click menu) makes it a much more recommendable tool for this task and a plugin of my choice.

Nothing is wrong with another and faster special purpose app. So, if you wanna continue development, add a taskbar icon, search for wincmd.ini automatically and add possibility to switch DLL files as well, not only ICL.

Anyway, one could code such a basic task much faster in a few AHK lines, so just do it for fun, not for someone else.

There are also other tools: .ICL Toolkit and ICL-Changer. The last one is only in Russian.
I have just found one more tool among files in my computer - maybe it's a newer version of mentioned ICL-Changer cause it has the same name but it's in English.
BTW: I don't know why it's not at www.totalcmd.pl but I hope it will be there soon.
