I'm out of the office and cannot conveniently create a screen shot.
The short of it is that displaying the Quickview panel at, say, 70%, with the trees visible (cm_SeparateTree2) overlaps the file list but leaves the tree. This means I cannot select a different file with the mouse (to view in the QuickView panel) without first moving the tree pane separator to show the files.
I'm not sure what approach would work best. Other file commanders that have trees and support a QuickView panel attempt to reposition the tree/files separator automatically. Sometimes it works well, sometimes not.

Please show quick view with Ctrl+Q, and then move the separator and choose Configuration - Save position. The separator is saved separately for normal view and quick view.

Hi Christian
Congrats on TC7 Beta 1!
I can't verify that your suggestion works.
Resizing the tree separator while in QuickView resizes the trees for all views, both sides, even without saving the position. I've tried many permutations.
Absolutely imperative to maintain different positions for tree separators on each side of TC AND in QuickView!
Thanks for listening, as always.

Beta 2
Dual Trees
Still not possible to save a distinct tree-separator position for QuickView.
To reproduce:
-Show both trees
-Set the tree separator to a desired place
-Issue cm_ConfigSavePos
-Display QuickView
-Move tree separator
-Issue cm_ConfigSavePos
-Hide QuickView
Notice that the tree separator retains the QuickView position.
