hidden folders in version 7, public beta 1

When I set my preferences to not show hidden files and folders that is the case in the main window. However if I have a tree view to the left of each main window, the tree view does show hidden folders. Now this may not be a bad thing, but I would rather just see the regular folders...if I want to see hidden folders I can ask that they be displayed.
