copy folder without access permissions

The behaviour described in the bug report is either by design, or would be far too complex/time-consuming to be changed

If i try to copy a folder without access permissions, TotalCommander creates an empty folder in the destination. No error-message, no query for an administrator-password.

Yes, this is intentional. Previous TC versions have worked like this, and I don't want to break this behaviour (e.g. when copying large trees).
