'Show defined files' to work per Tab instead of per Panel

'Show defined files' to work per Tab instead of per Panel

I wish to have the option to define for each different Tab the files that are shown in it. Currently if I use 'Show user defined files', the filter is saved for all the tabs in the current Panel.
