[BUG?] Button bar flicker

Just after starting TC, regardless of my first action (TAB to the other panel, press Alt, etc) the button bar flickers terribly (redraws).
This only happens once in a session (again after TC restart) and only after my first keypress.

This is not to be seen in TC 6.5

Check Panes move about/flicker when opening tabs & other.

Yeap, I missed that one, sorry.
Anyway this is slightly different issue and I really hope it will get fixed.

I still see a button-bar redrawing in TC7b4 but it happens much faster and it's less annoying.

With the same .bar file I tried TC6.56 and there's NO flickering at all.

TC 6.56 draws the button bar in a completely different way:

TC 6.56 uses a big bitmap which contains the entire bar. So the bar is drawn as a whole. The disadvantage is that you cannot have buttons which are always down, and XP-themes aren't possible either. TC7 now stores each button image separately in icon form. That's why it's now possible to support themes and always-down buttons.
