'Feed to listbox' bug with 'Show' menu commands

The behaviour described in the bug report is either by design, or would be far too complex/time-consuming to be changed

'Feed to listbox' bug with 'Show' menu commands

Post by *DexBG »

Scenario:
1. Search for some files.
2. 'Feed to listbox' on the search results.
3. Use some of the 'Show' menu commands - for example Ctrl + F1 in order to see only the file names without the path.
4. The result is getting back to the search directory instead of stay in the listbox and see only the file names.
5. However, if I use Ctrl+Shift+F1(Thumbnail View) as first command, every next used command from the 'Show' menu is working fine.

Heh, cool, never knew that worked. :)

BTW: I confirm.

Mal angenommen, du drückst Strg+F, wählst die FTP-Verbindung (mit gespeichertem Passwort), klickst aber nicht auf Verbinden, sondern fällst tot um.

Yes, this is intentional.
5. However, if I use Ctrl+Shift+F1(Thumbnail View) as first command
I have added this to allow the user to see the files from a search as thumbnails. You can also switch to custom columns view to see specific file details.
