When I use F6 / move to upload a file to a server, the file is uploaded but is not deleted from the local disk.
This bug is present in pb1 and pb2.

This is intentional and has been discussed. The problem is that TC cannot know that there were no errors while uploading. So, if there were any, after using such F6 you will have no more working copies of the file: the local one is removed, the remote one is corrupted. It's too dangerous.
