Error in fhRAR plugin

The fhRAR plugin does not handle special charaters (like ä,ö,ü,é etc.) in directory names correctly, when unraring from a library that contains such a directory: They are not correctly shown (also not, when they are part of a filename), and when unpacking, two directories are created: One with the correct name into which the files are extracted and one with a wrong character instead of the special character, which contains only empty subdirectories, if there were subdirecties in the original rar file.
Example: the Rar file contains a subdirectory
0195 Billy Joël - The Ultimate Collection
This is shown as
0195 Billy Jo‰l - The Ultimate Collection
by the plugin.

Extracting the directory from the rar yields to two directories
0195 Billy Joël - The Ultimate Collection
and
0195 Billy Jo‰l - The Ultimate Collection

The first one contains all subdirs and files, the second contains only the subdirectories, which are empty.
