i use it, I know about it, it's normal Delphi, so it's ok to use it to write dll's or total plugins

Lazarus also looks very interesting. It seems the development of this project has advanced a lot in the last two years.

CoMiKe - I don't want to start holywar, but Lasarus is still like beta, (I don't know correct word) and Turbo Delphi is free version of BorlandDelphi (r) 2006 - so it's more powerfull, and using some tools it's possible to use 3rd party components. But it's only my opinion.
P.S. I use BD as my development tool and it's nice.

2"Sosna" & "CoMiKe'
I'm looking TurboDelphi and feedback, because i do not want to use Lazarus or other freepascal stuff that do not have full/automatic support for dpr file .[face=comicsansms] I did not find any tools that convert dpr to lpr. [/face]

It's not only case of dpr support. The Delphi and FP languages are not 100% compatible, so you can't convert any project even by hands.
I suggest you to use Delphi [Turbo if you want]. Delphi is cool.

I should say I'm not a Delphi coder, but I always try to find an open source alternative for every software I use.
That's why I made a comment about Lazarus. Sorry so.

Your comment is relevant, but: do you know of plugins, developed with FP/Lazarus? I don't know of them. So the Delphi is "more suitable" here...

Exactly!
You should write some useful tool first, something bigger that FavMenu example script, or that your Console exe tool with download count = 9.
