[Wish] Editing multiple files

Can you add a support for sending whole list of files to editor?
For me it makes no difference if it's a list file like this created by %L or just multiple parameters.
Currently I use %L, but it doesn't work inside archives (and on FTP? I didn't check), like normal edit do. I know that unpacking multiple files can be slow, but still much faster than doing this manually.
It can be done already with a special lister plugin and 7.0 PB2's ListLoadNext or with sending TC multiple commands (open temp in a new tab, copy files, close tab, ...), but these solutions mhmm...don't look good for me.
