Put cm_SwitchIgnoreList function in a TC standard menu

Can this useful function cm_SwitchIgnoreList be incuded somewhere in the TC menus in standard by default ? :?:

I agree there should be a Show - Ignored menu item. Very useful. Compare with the same function in WinCvs.
