Is it possible to use the "File->Print->File list with subdirs..." with the predefined selections as in "Show custom filetypes" (Ctrl+F12).

Try this:

1. Change to branch view (Ctrl+B)
2. Apply custom filter (Ctrl+F12)
3. Select All
4. Files/Print/File List
