Sync column size in "sync dirs" when resized

Sync column size in "sync dirs" when resized

It would be nice if there was a way to do the following: in synchronize dirs, when one column was resized (i.e. the left folder's date column), the other folder's respective column (right folder's date column) was also resized to the same width.

Normally using latest TC on:
x32: WinXPx32 SP3 (very rarely nowadays).
x64: Clients/Servers - Win10/Win11 and Win2K16 to Win2K22, mainly Win10 though.
