[wish] Copy FTP connection data as hyperlink

Post by *SPeller »

Is it possible to make a button near FTP connections (or in connection details too) to copy to clipboard the hyperlink in format ftp://user:pass@server.net/remotedir ? It is very simple but is very usefull when is needed to give the ftp access to someone and no other place with this data instead of TC.
PS: Sorry for my english.

Well, cm_CopyFullNamesToClip on a file or folder in the ftp panel copies the whole file path name to the clipboard, however, the user:password is not included :-(
I switched to Linux, bye and thanks for all the fish!

It is no reason to connect an FTP connection if I need the link ftp://xxx only.

True, but this can be changed.
and third-party software
Well, in my case, AutoHotkey is the most essential software intalled on my system, so for me, no big deal.

Maybe. Could take some years though ;-)
I do not want to install any other software.
I can understand that. Just make an exception for AutoHotkey, you wont regret it :-)
