File-Compare: copying marked text fails using keyboard

In the file compare you can copy marked lines to clipboard via context menu (rmb). This works OK (only) when using a mouse.
If you use the keyboard to call the context menu (Windows-key or Shift-F10), then always the text from the right panel is copied, no matter which side the text cursor is in.

To reproduce:
- compare two files
- mark a line in the right (!) panel with the mouse
- press <Shift-TAB> to go to the left panel
- choose any line with cursor keys and press space to mark it
- press Shift-F10 (or Windows-key for context-menu) and select "Copy selection to clipboard"
- past clipboard into another program like notepad to check
