[REQ] Further improvement of SpecialCursorMovement

On the Russian forum several users complained that this new function behaves differently from what they expected. They supposed that the left/right arrow navigation should be equivalent not to the Home/End, but to the PgUp/PgDown.

So, I suggest an improvement: add a new value to sum in the SpecialCursorMovement key (e.g. 8) that will behave absolutely like the value 1 with one exception only: left/right arrow keys would simulate not Home/End, but PgUp/PgDown actions.
In case 1 and 8 are summed together, one of them may take precedence over another (for example, 1, it does not really matter).

Support. A lot of users can migrate from FAR filemanager after this option will be supported.
