As seen in the picture I think that white line is way bigger than it's supposed to be.

- Sorry, this image shows the display with 120 D.P.I., I've the normal 96 D.P.I. one too, but in French…

• In fact, I thought to suppress the tabs because they can't use the new 120 D.P.I. (and a few more possible) option…
- However, that could solve your issue too as one go

The "white line" you mentioned is actually part of the themed tab control. All controls inside the tabcontrol are not theme-aware. This problem has been discussed before:

Yeah, I just noticed that all dialogs with multiple tabs have this issue.

By looking at the standard win Properties dialog I see that all tabs have a nice white background. Can't TC do the same? Or is it a Delphi/etc limitation?

I tried to theme the tab background, but unfortunately it was causing a lot of problems with the controls on these tabs, so I had to remove the theming - sorry.

• Thanks, I guess it's… I wonder to get no opinion from the Author, though.

- It doesn't need any translation change, matches the Options pages system,
and is not very affected by the various used themes.
- The biggest needed changes are only in the docs (no problem for the Tutos, can be done within the next day…)

I like your idea, but you are not quite right about:

The strings might be too long to fit for some languages. Long strings are less of a problem with the current tabs, since tabs adapt to the string length.

• There is the same issue in the Options list…
- I just made that model using the free room @ right “as is”.
- Indeed, it could be adjusted a bit in order that all translations fit, it's just an example…

- BTW, do the Danish strings fit ?
- I know that the tabs auto-adjust their widths, but here they cause issues with the themes, and moreover
- the original reason of my proposal - they don't get the 120 and + DPI of TC…
