Now pressing F3 on folder show unnecessary (unuseless) message.
I suggest on F3 show first folder's file in Lister and show on N next file.
To do this operations by 1 step:
1. Press Enter to open folder
2. Press * to select all files
3. Press F3 to see first file
4. Press N to see next file.
...
5. Press Backspace to leave folder and select next folder.

But, please, optionally. Not everyone thinks that this message is completely useless.
For example, if you selected some files in the currect directory, but they are not visible (below the last visible line) and want to view them, this message box gives you the information that your selection has been removed for some reason (e.g. after refresh caused by changes in this directory). If the Lister will just appear, you may think that you are viewing your selected files, while actually they are files from the subdirectory on which the cursor is set.

In full mode with default settings it's not easy to determine at first glance if there is "0/12 files" or "1/12 files".Motorocker wrote:Total shows total size and count (not names) of this selected files in status bar (of couse, if it is visible).
Yes, very often, because I set F3 to open the file under cursor.Motorocker wrote:You really often select one files, and press F3 on others?
