Help for command-line parameters in buttonbar
In button-bar editor, a magnifier exists next to "command" field opening a new window that contains all available commands. It would be nice if there was something similar for "parameters" field, instead of help. It would also be nice if there was a button in the icon files containing the most frequently or recently used files.

Normally using latest TC on:
x32: WinXPx32 SP3 (very rarely nowadays).
x64: Clients/Servers - Win10/Win11 and Win2K16 to Win2K22, mainly Win10 though.
