Does TC support the unpacking/archive shell functionality of zip64 files?

Yes, TC 7.01 supports packing/unpacking of zip64 archives.

How does one enable/disable zip64? I see no reference in the help files.

TC automatically uses 64-bit file offsets if the ZIP file becomes larger than 4 GB.
