AutoInstall for FS plugins need improvements

The AutoInstaller for FS plugins doesn't check current name when I replace a plugin.

I got i FS plugin named Clipboard. When I installed the latest version,
I got a replace warning and I clicked YES. I ended up with two entries in Network Neighborhood:

Clipboard
ClipboardFS

Both pointed to the same folder/plugin.

Perhaps the FS plugin SDK need to be updated too.
