Is there a way to predefine Target directory (%T) when setting up a button ?
I.e. I want to set up a Recycle directory on my CF card, and define a button to send files to this directory. However, TC always suggests the directory currently opened in the second window.
Predefine Target directory in Button bar command ?

Just don't use %T, but write the directory name yourself, e.g.
\Recycled instead of %T

This doesn't seem to work, or maybe I am not doing it right.Just don't use %T, but write the directory name yourself, e.g.
\Recycled instead of %T
I defined a new button as follows:
Command: 40010
Parameter: \CF Card\CF Recycle (tried with and without quote marks)
Nevertheless, when I select a file and click on this button, the "move" window that pops up shows the 2nd window directory as target, not the one cpecified in the Parameter field.

Ah, sorry, I thought that you were talking about some external program which you tried to call. Sorry, internal commands do not take any parameters. I will add it to my wish list.
