[Req] Save position of windows-divider for thumbnails and...

This request is about the position of the window splitter in thumbnail mode.
Some user would like to save the size of the thumbnail panel. (In INI-file).
Also often requested, to have the thumbnails completely in single panel mode.

This already works for quickview and file comments.

I support too. And also the alternative way : make more cm_XXPercent, like cm_02Percent, cm_100Percent. Should be useful for custom columns too.

Imho cm_PercentXX would be better than cm_XXPercent
