An old suggestion that I (7-zip)support ++

Post by *dott »

It has been discussed in several times, I know->
[WISH] 7zip build-in support - Packer support for 7-Zip - Please support 7-zip(.7z) packer - 7ZIP FORMAT.... (possible implementation in TC??) - 7z packer support - Support for 7-zip archiver

But the 7-zip program it's often updated and the plugin(that I use) no. It would be much more easier and better to use 7zG.exe directly. I can live perfectly without UC2, LHA or ARJ, but that is another subject.
Probablemente no

How about the 'MultiArc' plugin?

how can one say they are absolutely impossible?" Leibniz

I see, thanks for the replies. I will use MultiArc for 7-zip. But I still thinks that 7-zip(the program) it would have be in Packers section on Total Commander.
It has become very popular, at least more than uc2 or any other less zip and rar

I agree! I also think that it's time for TC (7.x) to default support 7-ZIP format archives...
