RaidenFTPd & TC
Greetings.
According to http://www.ghisler.com/tools.htm#other:
"RaidenFTPd [is] A powerful FTP server for Windows which works well with Total Commander.
It does indeed look an interesting prog. But can anyone enlighten me on how it works with TC?

...the phrase means that it follows the RFC959 standard and understands all commands which TC uses when communicating with a FTP server...

This is because a former thread ( ... now forever gone) discussed the whish to implement a FTP server into TC.Horst.Epp wrote:I did never understand why Christian added it to the Addons page.
To prevent the "re-invention of the wheel", tools which can take the role for unsupported features of TC are listed at the Addons page.

I'm recommending RaidenFTPd because it works very well with Total Commander: Transfers on a 100MBs LAN are very fast, contrary to, say, WarFTPd where downloads are dead-slow. Also RaidenFTPd supports files >2GB and the extended Unix LIST format (LIST -laT), which means that the file time is also available for files from the past year.
