Allow scroollbars on left side

Hi all, my first post.
I've a tabletpc and I'm lefthandled. So, It's really anoying to scroll the filelist with the scrollbar on the right when using the pen, because my hand hide the filelist
AFAIK, the side of scrollbar can not be changed at OS level. So, some software has an optional left scrollbar. For instance, I use a Firefox extension to do it. It simply adds an additional scrollbar on the left side.
I suggest to allow choose the scrollbar side (not to add another scrollbar). With a wincmd.ini setting would be fine. Of course, right side by default, don't discrimine to righthandled people,
. It would be good on filelist, in every scrollbars of TC would be perfect.
I think this feature is 'simple' but powerfull for lefthanded tabletpc owners.

PS: Lefthandeld power!!!
