[WFX] TC should recheck the RemoteInfoStruct

For speed calculation, TC should recheck the RemoteInfoStruct (i.e. in ProgressProc) passed to FsGetFile since the file size might only be available when download starts.

I will consider that, thanks for the suggestion! Currently this struct is meant as an input for the plugin only, sending the data which was reported earlier via FsFindFirst etc.
