How to modify files with unicode name ?

I have troubles with using TC to open files with a unicode name.

When I save site in some asian site, it always save files in a unicode name. But after that I can't use TC to open these files.

How can I open these files without changing the name of these files (what just can do in the WinXP Explorer)

TC cannot handle Unicode at this time. TC 6.0 will have some limited Unicode support (displaying, renaming, copying, moving, deleting).
