Crash during moving in background + dragNdrop in foreground

I started to move a lot of files. Next I switch the "Move" window to background.
Now I opend a new application "Coreldraw" and paste via drag n drop one picture into the new Corel document.
Just in the moment when I release the mouse Button from dropping there comes the message from background moving that asks me "Do you realy want to delete this File....." That was the last of TotalCommander... Now the only possible thing to continue was to kill the task Totalcmd.....

You have created a deadlock situation. This is really unfortunate, but what could TC do to avoid this? It can't just cancel the drag&drop because it's controlled by Windows, not TC...
