if you want to move a {"a" directory with many subdirectories and files} which is in c:\a directory to c:\b directory, and there is already an empty "a" directory in c:\b, it moves long time; but if delete a directory in c:\b and then move a from c:\a to c:\b it moves momentary.
maybe it should be made automatically, but it is maybe dangerous to delete that target "a" directory; and it must be (i remember that a little) making quicker not only moving, but also copying, and if user wants to overwrite all and in that target directory there is no "extra"(that doesnt exist in source dir.) files this method also can be used.
