Control panel button

Hi

I would like to know how I can create a Control panel button in the taskbar were the rest of the icons are. When I was using Win98 this icon existed but when I switched to Win 2000 it was gone.

Simply right click on the button bar, click Change... and add a new button with cm_OpenControls as command.

That works fine. But is it possible to also open it in a separate window like when you choose Start -> Settings etc?
