Plugin to show current direcory with links like in WinSCP

Post by *loukote »

Hi,

i'm searching for a plugin for WinCmd that would show current direcory with links like in WinSCP. On click on one of the parent directory's name in the path of the current dir, you are redirected to the parent dir.

Made a tour but didn't find any such plugin. I'd apreciate if you know where t find it.

Thanks.

:) Hello ! Welcome aboard !

• You don't need a plugin…

• Press Ctrl (keep pressed) and click on any level of the path in the title-bar of a panel to get that level…
- In the future TC 7.5, the "BreadCrumbs" feature is planned…

 Kind regards,
Claude

INI choices ?

:) Hello Peter !

• Here I've :
(1) - InplaceRename=0
(2) - InplaceRenamePath=2
- Maybe does it matter :?:
…since in fact, no modifier is needed at all with that second entry ! Pressing Ctrl doesn't prevent it to work, though…

When you have set InplaceRenamePath=1 with shift key+mouse click it is possible to change dir (for me work only shift, ctrl key don't work - winxp sp2). But with InplaceRenamePath=2 it is not possible to use the shift key to reverse the function. It will be usefull to have also this option...

Indeed this would be _very_ useful and also consistent. This was already requested somewhere quite a while ago. Unfortunately, this hasn't been implemented yet :(

If you need to edit the path while InplaceRenamePath is set to "2", you can use the following workaround:
1. Set the cursor to the topmost entry of the filelist (the "[..]" entry)
2. Press {Shift}{F6} (or any hotkey, you have defined for the "rename" function)
