[REQ] Show ALL entries in dropdown lists and combo boxes

There are so many places in which you are forced to scroll for no obvious reason:
Search => Plugins => Property
Command line history / autocomplete
MRT
etc...

What's the advantage of NOT seeing all entries? If you ask me, I would send ALL scrollbars in these boxes to hell.

The advantage is obvious: if you have a small number of entries visible and you have to scroll it out it is easy to miss what you're looking for.
