FTP Long transfer planting

When transfering a lot of directory and files, apparently the connection is loosed and impossible to start at the last point. We need to transfer everything from the begening (I tried with different server)

This can have many different reasons:
1. A firewall blocking certain ports
2. A server or proxy dropping the control connection during a transfer of a very big file (very bad practice)
3. Instable connection

I cannot help you without more information. Can you create a log file via Configuration - Options - FTP and post it here, please? You should replace sensitive data like IP addresses by other data of the same length.
