Delay showing nag screen when started minimized

When I start TC minimized (i.e. to start it with Windows), it shows the nag screen, then minimizes itself. Could you delay showing it to the moment TC is restored?

Sure
But I think that the nag screen is unnecessary until one really wants to do something with TC.
Actually the reason for this request was a custom TC pack (TC UP to be specific), which is going to allow starting (optionally minimized) with Windows. And the nag screen looks really bad. I'd say..it's nasty
